I have so many readings just waiting for me on my desk. Everyday I just push them from side of the desk to the other hoping they somehow just disappear or read themselves. I have so many deadlines coming up to and I am tired just thinking about them.
I have expressed way too many sad emotions when sitting on my desk. I'm currently writing my dissertation and it is so intense. I sometimes feel like when I go into university I don't really understand what's going on. Sometimes the lecturers don't even seem to be making any sense with what they're saying. So, I'll come back to my room and not know what to do or where to even start.

I usually question a lot when I'm sitting by my desk. It's a place where it seems like everything is happening all at once. I have so many things going on at once and with university it seems like when you start thinking you've caught up with everything, more works gets piled on!
The amount of work I must do is crazy!! Just yesterday I finished an essay and now I already have another one to do?! Before I came to university I was told it wouldn’t be that difficult, but wow was I wrong. My desk is already a mess and so disorganised, I just need to find the energy to start tidying it up.

When I sit on my desk I just think about all the work I have to catchup on which makes me deep how stressful the week ahead will be. I'll check the course group chat and see everyone is on track or even ahead and it just doesn't help with my overall mood.

My desk is always a mess and it has been since the first day I started. It's a really small desk as well which doesn't help with all the readings and papers that I have.

I want to avoid my desk! I have so many assignments to do, so many things to worry about. My essays are due in 2 weeks, my readings are just piling up and they’re all on my desk just staring at me. I thought university was going to be fun.
The desk is one place that I never know what to do. I always sit there just staring at all the readings I must do and my calendar. I have so many deadlines due in a very short space of time and I don't know where to begin.

I have questioned my degree way too many times when sitting on my desk. It's probably a daily thought at this point. I don't think I even enjoy it anymore, I just do the essays because I have to and I attend the lectures and seminars because I have to but if I had the choice I probably would drop out. These are definitely some of the thoughts I have when I'm chilling by my desk.

My desk just gives me stress! I have so many pieces of paper all over the place and I constantly have work to do! I am tired!! Honestly the workload never stops, every time I think I have finished a reading, I look online to find I have MORE to do. It is draining.
